Private phone consultation (or video conference)
This package is perfect for those families who live outside of the Perth CBD area, interstate or overseas. Don’t let distance prevent you from getting the sleep and moral support you need. You will have the opportunity to chat to me one-on-one about your little one and discuss the issues you are having. Together we will prepare an approach that will suit your little one’s needs as well as resonating with your parenting style.
This package includes:
- A 60 minute private phone consultation (or video conference)
- A personalised sleep plan that you will receive promptly following our phone meeting.
Follow up support
- 2 weeks follow up support which includes :
- 6 phone calls every second day for a full two weeks. (approximately 15 min in length)
- Unlimited text messages throughout our time together
- Plus 2 follow up emails which can be used any time you have questions or feel you need further support in the
6 months following our initial consultation.
- Extra support can be available at an additional cost
I effectively hold your hand and support you through the two weeks until we reach your sleep goal.
During our phone consultation we will discuss:
- Your little one’s personalised sleep plan which will take into consideration your specific parenting style and little one’s needs.
- How you are feeling, your current sleep situation and your sleep goals.
- Current feed, sleep routines and possible reasons for your little one not sleeping.
- The importance of sleep and why I recommend the suggestions I make.
- How to create an environment that is safe and is conducive to sleep.
- How to implement your chosen sleep method and a step by step walk through on how to execute it to have you and your little one sleeping much better.
- How to set up a bedtime routine that promotes sleep and gives your child predictability and consistency.
- Any questions, concerns and eliminate any doubt you may have around your little one's sleep and changes I have recommended.
