Personal in-home consultation (5pm -11pm)
This package is ideal for those families who need that extra support and my presence to assist them through one of the toughest times before bedtime. This hands on package allows me to be there immediately to guide you through your chosen sleep training method, assist with the initial settle and any further re-settles, and hold your hand as you remain consistent through this learning journey. The six hours together also gives us the chance to have some quality face to face time to discuss your little one’s personalised sleep plan and answer any questions you may have.
This package includes:
- Preliminary evaluation
- You will asked to fill out a comprehensive questionnaire detailing your little one’s sleep habits and routines prior to meeting with me. This information allows me to make a thorough assessment of your baby’s sleep situation prior to meeting, so I can make the most out of our time together.
- Six hours in your own home with the full focus on getting your little one’s sleep back on track to bring harmony to the whole family.
- During this visit I will stay with you and demonstrate gentle solutions for the areas you need help with.
- A detailed written assessment and individualised sleep plan that you will receive prior to my visit.
Follow up support
- 3 weeks follow up support which includes :
- Phone support that is available on a ‘as needed’ basis so there are no limitations to the amount of support you will receive. This will give you a chance to ask questions and to see how you are going with achieving your sleep goal.
- Text message support throughout our time together
- Plus 2 follow up emails which can be used any time you have questions or feel you need further support in the 6 months following our initial consultation.
I effectively hold your hand and support you through the 3 weeks until we reach your sleep goal.
During my visit you will have the opportunity to discuss:
- Your little one’s personalised sleep plan which takes into consideration your specific parenting style and little one’s needs.
- How you are feeling, your current sleep situation and your sleep goals.
- Current feed, sleep routines and possible reasons for your little one not sleeping.
- The importance of sleep and why I recommend the suggestions I make.
- How to create an environment that is safe and is conducive to sleep.
- How to implement a bedtime routine that promotes sleep and gives your child predictability and consistency.
- How to implement your chosen sleep method and a step by step walk through on how to execute it to have you and your little one sleeping much better. (I will also be present to personally guide you through a successful settle)
- Answer questions, concerns and eliminate any doubt you may have around your little one’s sleep and the changes I’ve recommended.
Price: $800*
*A non-refundable $100 booking fee is required when you submit your preliminary evaluation questionnaire. The remaining balance is due at our initial visit.
