My philosophy
As The Holistic Nurturer I truly understand that as parents you know the importance of sleep and how sleep deprivation can be so detrimental to your physical, emotional and mental health. I also recognise that every parent is only doing what they know best and is caring for their little one the way they feel is right at that particular time. What you may not necessarily realise, is that the ability to sleep is actually a learned skill as is Parenthood.
My compassionate holistic approach to solving sleep issues, provides your family with the skills and knowledge to teach your little one, in a calm and nurturing way, how to get the sleep you and your baby need in order to bring harmony back into your family. My approach is to look at the bigger picture and take into consideration the diversity of each family’s unique situation. This includes, your little one’s personality, nutrition, health and wellbeing, and any other contributing factors.
I take pride in understanding the uniqueness of your little one and respect that different families have different needs. I am privileged and honoured to be invited into your family home and to be entrusted with your little one.
My tailor made sleep plans reflect my beliefs and are designed with your little one's best intentions at heart, as well as working closely together with you as the parents to honour your specific parenting style. I offer services that range from general advise in group settings, right through to personalised help, where I hold your hand each step of the way. All of my packages offer extensive follow up support to make sure you enter the world of sleep as confident and happy parents.
