Preparing for your newborn...

The arrival of your special little one can be bring a mixture of emotions. It is so exciting yet at the same time quite overwhelming. My Newborn Consultation package gives you that head start on preparing for the day your little one arrives home. It offers support and advice for new parents before the baby arrives and when your little one first comes home.
This package includes:
- One hour home visit pre-birth. This gives you a chance to meet with me and ask any questions that you may have about the best way to prepare for your little one coming home and to set up a sleep conducive nursery. This is followed by;
- Two hours in your own home in the first couple of weeks following your little ones arrival.
Follow up support
- 2 follow up emails which can be used any time you have questions or feel you need further support in the 6 months following my initial visit.
During my visit you will have the opportunity to discuss:
- How you are feeling and offer support in whichever way you need it.
- Current feed, sleep and awake schedules
- Calming and settling techniques. (I will also be present to personally guide you through how to settle your little one)
- How to swaddle and best swaddles to use
- Sleep expectations around nigh-time and naps
- Any feeding difficulties
- How to create an environment that is safe and is conducive to sleep.
- Answer questions, concerns and eliminate any doubt you may have around your little one’s sleep.
Please note, if your little one has already arrived you can receive either two 1.5 hour visits or one 3 hour visit post-delivery. This is available for babies up to 10 weeks old.
